1. How long does it take to get my product?

ans. We ship all of our Matcha green tea products via USPS First Class/Prioriy Mail which usually takes 2-5 business days of delivery depending on the location. Orders on weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday, while orders during holidays will be processed the next working day. After your purchase, we process your order in 1 business day

2. What are your shipping rates?

ans. Shipping is absolutely FREE in the Continental US only. Worldwide shipping is not available at this time.

3. What payment options are available?

ans. Our website uses checkout payment by PayPal. (The most reliable payment method.)

4. What is your return policy?

ans. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the product. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Product with obvious signs of use Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (read more on Returns / Refunds Policy Section)
